Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or accounting advice. Rules about invoices, VAT, GST, sales tax, withholding and record keeping differ between countries and regions, depend on your circumstances and change over time. Accuracy
We work to keep the content accurate and show when each page was reviewed, but we cannot guarantee it is complete, current or error-free. Rates and thresholds shown in calculators and examples are for illustration and convenience. Where a page says “check official guidance”, we could not fully confirm that detail against an official source.
Calculators
The calculators give estimates. Tax calculators use standard rates that you can change. They do not know about exemptions, special schemes, local taxes or your own circumstances. Late-payment interest calculators use published reference rates that may be out of date by the time you read this. Check results before you rely on them.
Documents you create
You are responsible for the content of the documents you create, for including the details your law requires, for sending them to the right person, and for keeping records. A template is a layout, not a guarantee of compliance. Only create invoices, receipts and other documents for real transactions. Creating false or misleading documents may be illegal.
E-invoicing
InvoiceDesk produces human-readable documents (PDF, print, image). It does not create structured electronic invoices and does not connect to government or Peppol networks.
Your data
Your drafts are stored in your own browser. We do not have copies and cannot recover them. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
