1. The service
InvoiceDesk (“we”, “us”) provides free online tools, calculators and guides at https://invoicedesk.work. The tools run in your browser. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.
2. Using the tools
- You may use the tools for lawful personal and business purposes, free of charge.
- You must only create documents for genuine transactions. You must not use the site to create false, misleading or fraudulent invoices, receipts or other documents, to impersonate another person or business, or to evade tax.
- You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that affects other users, or reverse engineer it to circumvent its operation.
3. Your content and data
You own the content you enter. It stays on your device in your browser’s storage and is not sent to us. We cannot access, back up or restore it. You are responsible for backups.
4. No professional advice
The site provides general information only. See the disclaimer. You are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of the documents you create and for checking requirements with your tax authority or a qualified adviser.
5. No warranty
The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, code, text and templates are owned by InvoiceDesk or its licensors. You may use the documents you create for your own business. You may link to our pages, but you may not republish our guides or reproduce the site without permission. Fonts and other third-party components are used under their own licences.
8. Advertising and links
The site may display advertising in future, and links to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the site’s operator is based, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there.
